For Partners
We are always looking to build strategic relationships with professionals who open doors, build trust, and create new opportunities.
Business Developer: You identify and acquire new projects, develop strategic partnerships, and think ahead—new business lines, new products, new markets. You are a builder.
Client Relationship Manager: You have led teams as Team Leader, Deputy Team Leader, Global Lead, or Regional Director. You know how to manage complex client relationships and engage stakeholders at every level. You are a connector.

For Candidates
We are looking for Performers—not task-waiters, but problem-solvers. People who take ownership, lead with clarity, and deliver with integrity.
You bring:
- A leadership mindset focused on results: you understand what clients need, you deliver on time, and you take full responsibility for what you sign off on

You are comfortable with:
- Working closely with clients and stakeholders at local and regional level
- Relocating or maintaining a long-term presence in project countries when the work requires it
- Being the senior local expert: someone who knows the market, the regulatory environment, and the business culture on the ground

For Volunteers
Sometimes the best way to find out if we're the right fit—for both of us—is to work together first.
We occasionally offer volunteer positions in temporary projects, either in cooperation with select charities or in direct support of a local cause. It's a chance to work alongside us—and for some, it's where their journey with BFC begins.

Project-based Positions
These roles are usually temporary and are time critical to each project. They are usually completed in country, remotely or from one of the BFC offices.
In-house Positions
These roles are long term and operational in nature and work closely with back office functions at BFC. They can be completed in-house at one of our offices or remotely.
