BFC was contracted by KfW to build on the findings and insights produced as a result of the successful completion of the Needs Assessment Report at the bank in order to help the Bank to develop and strengthen its overall strategy and planning processes, internal procedures, organizational set up, banking functions, product offerings and staff capacities. BFC’s approach to this strategy development project is based on a series of key principles.

Ultimately, this phase of the project shall assist the Client’s management to formulate a structured, detailed and convincing strategic plan, with appropriate action plans in preparation for its implementation.
