BFC developed the methodology and test instruments for the first computerized assessment of bank’s staff, and carried out an assessment of middle management.
BFC met highest standards by:
- Evaluating the qualifications of 600 bank employees, including 70 managers;
- Creating benchmarks for staff evaluation and development;
- Customizing the assessment tools for 10 functional groups of employees;
- Identifying priorities for improvement;
- Achieving transparency and fairness via standardized, computerized testing.
