Strategic Development for Bai-Tushum

BFC provided consulting to MFC “Bai-Tushum and Partners” with regard to its transformation into a banking institution and future strategy as a Microfinance Bank.

The assignment was accomplished in two phases:

  1. In the diagnostic phase, BFC performed the initial assessment of Bai-Tushum’s strategy and conducted an environmental analysis of general macro and banking environment.
  2. The strategy development phase included recommendations on strategy implementation in human resources, organizational structure, financial projections and capital injections, as well as the assessment of main challenges and risks, providing tools to mitigate them.
