Implementing Operational Transformation at Raiffeisen Bank Russia

The project is aimed to support the bank in developing a conclusive concept for a new operating model, identify full centralization potential and improve operational effectiveness by cutting operational costs.
The main tasks of the assignment are:

  • Analysis and description of existing operational processes and processes steps, cost drivers, cost distribution in the regions and related governance model
  • Development of top five processes on short, mid and long term including cost impact and a detailed implementation path
  • Preparation of recommendations on changes of the existing processes, taking into account issues of compliance with regulations of Central Bank of Russia
  • Designing Governance Model including review of expense management, organizational structure, creation of detailed implementation roadmap for the operating model including clear ownership and KPIs for tracking the transformation process
