Energy Efficiency Strategy, Marketing Concept & Product Development

With the purpose to increase the internal capacity of the Leading Bank in Georgia to conduct EE lending in a successful and sustainable manner, BFC was contracted by the European Fund for Southeast Europe (EFSE) with resources from Green for Growth Fund to support the Bank in developing and implementing an EE lending strategy and EE loan products.

The project will be implemented by BFC in two phases:

The first phase shall focus on market and competitor assessment, internal EE lending capacity assessment, strategy and product development, EE product design, portfolio projections and EE strategy feasibility assessment and marketing concept development.

The second phase will focus on EE product implementation and staff training. BFC will work with the team of the Bank, as well as with the loan officers in the field.
